Our guidance is based on traditional Vedic knowledge and our own frameworks. It is for spiritual and personal guidance only and is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
If you wish to cancel or believe you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate payment), please email us at shubhodayah@gmail.com with your order or registration number. Duplicate payments are refunded. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case, and refunds are generally not possible once a consultation has taken place or a report has been delivered.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure. Please do not share sign-in codes with anyone.

We provide our services in good faith. Decisions you take based on our guidance remain your own responsibility, and to the extent allowed by law we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from them.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
